
\Snews\S:  Description

Syntax Summary:  news [-a] [-n] [-s] [file_name ...]

         where:  file_name  is the name of a file.

Description:
     \Snews\S is for reading news items posted on the system.  Use \Snews\S
     to read files from the /usr/news directory.  \Snews\S followed by
     <file_name> prints the specific news item from the file with that name.
     The options allow you to check the names of all current news items, the
     number of items there are, and whether or not you have already read them.
