# This file defines the list point-and-pick list of directories
# which may contain user's home directories. (Note that user's
# home directories are NOT constrained to exist only in these
# listed directories.) Each line in this file is of the format:
#
#	dir:mode:description
#
# There may be as many such lines as desired.
#
# The <dir> is an absolute pathname (i.e., begins with slash, "/")
# of an existing, group-"auth"-writable directory (e.g., "/usr").
#
# The user's home directory will be created with permissions specified
# as "HOMEMODE" in the appropriate /usr/lib/mkuser/<shell>/mkuser.defs
# file; if that is missing, then the <mode> specified in this file for
# the user's home directory path is used; if that is missing, then the
# system default value, "HOME_MODE", from /etc/default/authsh is used;
# if that is missing, then a default of 700 is used.
#
# The <description> is just that -- a description of this location.
#
# Both <mode> and <description> may be empty, but the colons (":") must
# still be present.
